Payment and Booking

Vehicle booking is done through the form on our website or by phone. After submitting a request, an operator will contact you for confirmation within 30 minutes (during working hours).

Payment is made on-site upon vehicle pickup. We accept cash (BYN) and bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, BELKART). No prepayment is required.

Upon receiving the vehicle, a rental agreement and a handover act are signed. A cash deposit is paid (the amount depends on the vehicle class -- see the "Rental Terms" section).

Booking cancellation is free at any time before the vehicle pickup. We understand that plans may change and do not charge cancellation fees.
